So your saying that the guys at protomotive are homophobic. Doesn't that take out a small portion of clientele, like pretty much all of Houston?jk

Jag is right. It's Protomotive. We send the ecu to Todd K. We then spend several days working with Todd to perfect the file. During this process we make changes, then test and re-retest changes to the ecu until we are satified from a safety and performance stand-point.

So is there any benefit to using the GT30's opposed to GT35's? Maybe less lag, better response, etc?

I'll keep things up to date on this thread as they develop. We tune on a Dyno Dynamics dyno. How's your car doing?

The main thing in this situation is spool. The owner of the car stressed the fact that he didn't want boost lag.

In other situations, people chose GT30s because they don't require as much custom fueling/motor-build setup to fully utilize them.

Getting some final tweaks so that they can get it back on the dyno probably later this week.

Man threads like this make it hard for a guy like me to even consider just a tune and exhaust, it seems like there is always something bigger cooking

Great to hear,

You guys should consider flying Todd K to your shop as a build this
big and significant would love to see "the mad professor" in house
and in the dyno room.

Good luck!

Marty
