Dennis, I don't want to sound ungrateful and all but couldn't you do a song for me based on the recently deceased King of Pop. Can I suggest " Beat It "?
Btw, what time is bedtime at Jacko's house?......when the big hand touches the little hand!
Are we talking about Dr.J being the king of pop??

In any case, your car, in terms of power and reliabilty looks outstanding. At you point, you have a good proven thang and should definately "dance w/ who brung ya."
I would be very happy just running pump most of the time (and still making damn good power) and then paying the extra for the race gas when you need to beat down young whippersnappers like Chris. I am still not 100% convinced that there will be no corrosion from meth.

Speaking of innappropriate MJ jokes:
When Farrah Fawcett got to Heaven, God asked "what one wish can I grant you my child?"
Farrah replied "please keep all the worlds children safe."
So God killed Michael Jackson.
Ouch!!!

Hey Ben. It was great getting together with you and Michelle the other night. With the weather like it is today, water / meth would be an advantage.
If you're simply looking for cooling, you could get a setup that simply sprays onto your the outside of your intercoolers. But that would be boring. A nice, progressive, boost sensing system spraying immediately post turbine would be great. With the system calibrated correctly and the correct injector nozzles installed, it should be no different tuning the vehicle than without a water / meth system installed. Advance until timing is being pulled and then take it back a few notches. This WILL result in more power AND a safer setup. Get the tune done on 91 octane with the water / meth. I'm sure EVO could EASILY do this. Have you asked them to install the Aquamist for you, while they have the car?

This meth thing is the real deal. I just logged onto the Recochem Inc website in Canada and looked up the methanol content (MSDS) of their
-40C Turbo Power blue washer fluid that I have tons of in my garage.
Would you beleive it, it is 40 to 50% methanol. This stuff is dirt cheap $1.75 a gallon on sale.
From what I can tell that is pretty high as Tony from EPL was saying maybe 20% but I know it depends on the - temp rating of course.
For once in Canada the bloody cold weather is an advantage as we get this stuff cheap and it's available all over the place!
I am pleased I am not doing cams now. I can buy a *hit load of this stuff and run it 24 x 7 yee haa

I have asked EVOMS via email but got NO reply. Which effectly means NO....either way I am determined and once I get the bit between my teeth this boy ain't letting go!
A tune for 91 would be perfect when running 40 to 50% methanol washer fluid (-40C). Cheaper gas, dirt cheap washer fluid = well over 720 HP to the wheels I am sure...what do ya think? Perfect for a sleeper street car.
A POX on race fuel

Ben, I just looked up the people I buy my Methanol from. Used to be called Vopac. Was purchased by Univar a few years ago. www.univarcanada.com If I remember correctly, a 20L can of Methanol is like $50. I wouldn't mix it stronger than 40% Meth. You should also used distilled water, or you can get mineral deposit build up in your system, particularly the injector nozzles. Do you know what the H2o/Meth flow rate is four the GT30 turbos? If I remember correctly, I was using a 9 gallon per hour nozzle in my Suburban. [660 lb/ft to the rear wheels - no intercooler]

I dunno what the flow rate is for the GT30's, the reseach continues. I will find out for sure. Thanks for the info on the Methanol supplier

I notice they also sell Toleune (114 octane). Would imagine this to be the cheapest price available. http://www.univarcanada.com/pdfdoc/c...pounding-2.pdf A 20L drum of that mixed into the old 155L Suburban tank and she ran detonation free with the water / meth system turned off! Would imagine Univar would be cheaper that Sherwin Williams.
