i wasn't trying to get a "good" time.. i was checking the trap speed.
It did very well for hot lapping the car. Over and over with out any cool down time.
The funny thing is that 1.15 bar and 1.25 bar made hardly any difference in mph. Very consistent mph.
here is a ****ty phone pick of the slip.
11.4 at 131mph.
1.99 60 ft.
7.7 at 100 in the 1/8
again sorry for the blurry pic.

Great speed in the traps, I thought the time woulda been a little better, but maybe with a better launch you'd be in the 10's since your 60 foot time was a little high. Were you launching pretty softly, having trouble with traction? All in all, not a bad day at the track!

I have heard horror stories about breaking axles. I was launching real easy. Barely 1500 rpms. I wanted to get mph and worry about times later.
I also was AWD, 19 inch rims, Porsche cage, GT3 seats, and Porsche sub box on the rear shelf.
Can't blame you on that one. Broken axles make for a difficult ride home But with only a 1500rpm launch, I'd say your times are very respectable :thumb sup:

Agree with Marty - I have about 50 - 1/4 mile launces, all of them resulting in wheel spin, so they were not that soft...and no broken axles... not that it can't happen, but probably unlikely with street tires. With drag radials and some good glue on the track, I would be more concerned.
Also, that's a great time and trap.
