It's coming up quickly. Show of hands, who's coming down with their 996TT? I'm praying for another sweet tail wind. Now that my tranny and TC are ready to rock, I'm making a few other "go faster mods" before the event. But I need to pick up 7.7 MPH to hit 200. Even if you are just coming to watch, let me know. www.texasmile.net

Iam planning to be there with you Todd. Iam not so sure about hitting 200. I would be happy with 190+ with my configuration.

I know Joe and guys with extensive support units there are going to have a home base but I was thinking we could almost do a porsche corral for all the guys running. Who knows who might need what help the day of the event.

Yes, great idea. I've already solicited Steve Ott to assist me as well. I'm also going to trailer the car this year.

If I filled my tank I wouldn't even make it to the event! Plus I want to pull my car out let the motor warm up and go. Don't want to worry about fighting heat soak after I get to the event.
