I could be wrong, but I think it stands for With Correction Factor. So basically SAE correction or whatever EVOMS uses as their default.

Weather Correction Factor
Basically, the WCF result is the Uncorrected result multiplied by a factor which reflects current weather conditions to bring the results to SAE std for comparison purposes.
Used for standardizing test results.
The correction factor changes up or down depending on air temp, humidity, and barometric pressure.
