Tial Turbos vs K24/18G vs K24/20G

I am interested in reading opinions of comparison between these three Turbos for our cars.

Please right your comments

My car is for fast road use and the occasional traffic light drag race
It might also see a couple of track days per year, but not more.

TIA

this is going to be hard to get a straight answer... we have guys on built motors running 900 hp on 30r alphas, yet we also have 20g cars beating the 30r alphas on the street... etc etc etc.... some alpha 28s beat 18gs meanwhile others loose to a 18g... a 20g did 201 mph on a stock motor meanwhile a alpha 30r on built motor did 201 to 204 mph... a lot of it is more then just the turbos... thus you will never get a satisfactory answer.... you see, you choose one and Ill bet you we can find a member that will beat you with the other...
you would need to keep all other variables constant to get a real back to back comparison... and going off of compressor maps etc is not the right way to choose a turbo... not for a P car at least...

Great synopsis Mark. It's really just as much about the supporting mods (or lack thereof) as it is the turbos themselves.

Marek nailed it. Its all about the supporting mods IMO. Fueling and airflow are HUGE factors that in my opinion are just as important as the turbo choice. You will never realize the true potential of any turbo unless you really support them properly.
