Flashing yellow CEL help

I just got the car back from the shop for a wheel bearing replacement. I was headed to a lesson and decided to clean out the exhaust a little and brought the car up to about 4 bar boost. All of a sudden dash lights up with flashing yellow light and I get a take to workshop message. Car lost some power when the lights came on so I slowed down and pulled into the parking lot. I shut the car down waited about 2 minutes and restarted with no lights and no message. Called the shop and they said bring it by to see if they could read what happened.
Before dropping off I took it on the h'way and brought it up to 1-1.1 bar with no issue in performance and no CEL.
Any thoughts on what might have happened? It's at the dealer and I will hear something monda or Tuesday.

I would bet money that it needs 1 coil pack. Pretty common.

Let me know how we can help!

Oh and the flashing CEL means there is a misfire on some or all cylinders...
