Will 335/30/19s fit on 996 GT2...

...without any modifications or fender rolling? Thanks.

Scott, I've just been through this with my 19s. It was for my 3 inch piping with my new setup, not 335s. I spoke with Mark and Rhonda at FVD. They were very helpful. I'd recommend em. Also, I think Tial something or other had a pic of his car with 335s a few months ago. You could try searching for that thread. Hope it helps.

I'll look for the thread, thanks.

So...do they fit on your car? My piping might be in the way as well.

My GT2 is in fact stock Scott..You just need the right offset on the wheel.

Well, we don't know yet. Markski is ovaling the 3 inch pipes (really cool) to gain more room and we won't have the spacers for my wheel until this Wed. They're out of the size I need and are coming from Germany. Part of the problem are my 305 tires. If it doesn't fit I'll either have to get 295s or go with my 996tt wheels with their different offsets.

I think your car has 3 inch pipes too. I sorta doubt you'll be able to get a 335 in there with that pipe from what I've seen.

Got it.

I'm not sure if the offset on my HREs is the same as on your 997TT wheels. I guess I need to find out. Thanks.

When I went from the (19") 305/30 (I had rubbing) to the 315/25 I have more clearance on my TT. I think I could get the 325/25 in there with no mods or spacers. The profile and alignment have a big influence.

I bought some in anticipation; I have some spare 5 mm spacers if you need them

That's funny the 315s have more clearance than the 305s. You would think it would be the other way around.

I had 12" GT2 wheels with stock 315s with 7mm spacers in rear with zero rubbing. Don't know if that helps.

My guess is yes.

Scott, I looked and the 997tt wheels have a 51 offset. I don't know what the GT2 offset's are.

I had light rubbing with my 305s on 997tt wheels and 6 mm spacers.
