996 Engine Carnage! *pics*

I was tearing down the engine to use as a display piece and found what turned out to be the best engine destruction I have personally come across, thought I would share a few images

this is exactly how i found it, didn't move anything


Yes, that is the wrist pin peeking out below the rod to say hello






might need to readjust that spark plug gap

I used to have a valve from a 944 sitting on my desk I'd show people everytime they asked me how important it was to have the timing belt done on time. It came from a similar scenario... That one takes the cake though. Total destruction!

i was thinking of just making it a 5cyl! why do the work to make it 6 again
