1/4mile trap speed first impression
hey guys,
so last night I went to the track and tested for the first time my beast ! my goal was not braking an axle but test my trap speed only ! overall I'm happy with my time but i think i should see more like 133-135 mph with that kit especially with last night track condition
car setup: -250 lbs a28 GT700 kit , rwd conversion 94oct pump , bridgstone 305/30/19 re-11 at 35psi no heat up so yeah tire spinning lol!!
track condition: flat track, 240 feet above sea, 75f, tailwind around 4mph ,pressure around 30 inHg, 70% rh

Everything looks good to me, 60ft, et, trap... Considering the mods, gas, conditions, launch, etc Good time for the second half 1/8 as you were running pump gas - 1.4bar i assume. Rwd and general weight reduction helped a lot. Congrats !

my goal was not getting the best ETs! but trap! putting down the tire at 22psi would put alote more stress on tranny!

thx you Fadi !
next time i will get some ms109 and see what she does! my goal is to reach the 135-136 mark!

I didn't say 22psi, I just said to lower it. 35psi is waaay too much. 132 trap is stout. Your car is strong.

35 psi of air int tires is too much. at least drop it down to 28psi and doa quick spin before you launch. 1.99 60ft is not good. your car can run high 10s at 134-135 the way it sits with a better launch/pass.

absolutly! why getting bigger turbo? bigger is not always better
right i know that!also soften the rear suspension help a lot to sit! but my concern is the stress putting down on rwd no lsd ! what its limit capacity??
congrad ! did you dyno the car yet? how can you get that fast on stock k24?

993GT mine did 11.9 at 127mph, lazy roll-out 2.1 60ft, stock k24's, with a tune, exhaust, and intake.
