So it doesn't seem like my local dealer can get such a part as they are strictly for non-USA cars. They actually suggested I go on Ebay to find the license plate bracket from a 3rd party vendor. I ended up buying my license plate from http://www.customeuropeanplates.com/ and also these spacers and screws:

http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/...Each%2520%2520

I used the default plastic universal-bracket frame that came with the Euro plate and broke the included washers off of it for the screws. I mounted those $3.75 spacers on the car, then the long plastic bracket, then I put on the small washers and screwed it in tight. It fits very nicely, does not move and I don't have to worry about chasing down euro-license mounting kits across the globe.

Crash613 is an unknown quantity at this point
OK, maybe i am a little special but I am having a hard time understanding what you mean. I ordered the 3 parts from Pelican and I have the same frame that came with my plate.
On the front bumper of the car it had the little caps that screw off to expose a small hole. I fit the right and left spacer into the exposed holes. The next part is where i am confused. The screws in your post are very short. You explain them going thru the plate bracket and into the spacer. They are not nearly long enough to do that. not to mention that you say you took the spacers from the frame and broke them off to use them too.

Could you please elaborate? I would love to get these on.

Sorry so late as I'm JUST noticing this message. Did you ever figure it out? If not, I'll pull my plate off for better pics.
