800 hp on K16 Billets?
Is it possible for a pair of k16 billets to produce 800 hp? Any thoughts
or opinions?

Crank or wheel? Definitely not wheel. Crank hp, on a stock 3.6, probably not. Maybe on a 3.8 with E85. That's still probably a bit out of reach.

In Lala Land there is no back pressure and you don't even need inter-coolers!

A very well known company advertises up to 800 hp on k16 billets.
My k16 setup did 550 whp on 2 different dyno and to my knowledge
it broke the 60-130 at 5.87 and was the fastest k16 setup on record.
The company that offers 800 hp k16 based turbos has yet to show any
evidence to the effect.
As some of you have already intimated, it's theoretically possible to get
a glory dyno pull maybe one pull, but the heat and back pressure would
be overwhelming.......quite useless in the real world.
It just blows my mind when a company can outright misrepresent a product
like this and get away with it because they've posted good numbers on other
applications. It pisses me off.

Many companies over exaggerate performance numbers all the time. Especially, as an example, the BMW platform.........
"Turbo Kit" BIG Horsepower Numbers = Bigger Sales

Only on the AMS dyno

is a terrible argument lol.
I'm a sales / marketing guy. I know that you gotta sell the sizzle not the
steak. There are varying degrees of sizzle then there's fraudulent claims.
