Can Cobb unit help with door lock sensors?

I've got a situation where my central locking mechanism is doing the double beep upon lock, and occasionally on bumps the car will double beep while I'm driving.

I've done a bit of research and came to the conclusion that its likely one of the door latch sensors going bad, or the center console switch going bad, or the hood or trunk sensor, or the interior motion sensor.

Whew, that's a lot of potential sensors!

I then ran across that the durametric cable could scan to tell you which sensor was bad? That sounds much better than blindly replacing sensors. I then had the idea, maybe the Cobb unit could also read these codes? Because I wanted to eventually get one anyway to do a tune. Would be a great opportunity to justify to myself actually buying one to fix the horribly annoying double horn beeps my car does while I'm driving.

So, does anyone know if it would be able to read these codes like the durametric? My other option is to just buy a durametric cable to figure this out, but Id hate to buy one if when I buy a Cobb it will render it redundant.

Cobb has nothing to do with it. Cobb will monitor engine function/log, tune and read erase engine triggered codes.

Just to be clear, I know Cobb wouldn't fix anything. I was hoping it could read the same codes a durometric cable could and tell me what sensor was bad.

Cobb can only read engine related sensors. maf oxygen fuel etc etc
it cannot read door latch sensors etc
