Need suspension input PSS10 and Tarett drop links
Had a PSS10, with Tarett drop links front and rear, set installed about 6 months ago by a shop in Houston, drove about 500 miles. Have been hearing some clunking upon turning wheel left and right.
Went to have a look here is what I found,
Can someone guide me on how to fix this?
The locking rings are loose.

See post #183 in this thread. https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-overs-13.html
I think you may need these curved drop links. I would like to know too since I have PSS10's on order.

On the pss9 version of those links there is a offset detail and 3 thick spacer washers on top that is missing from your install. I just installed mine last week. Maybe those links are the stock suspension version?

From Tarett's website and confirmed with Ira
Drop Link (pr), Front, 996/997/986/987/981/991
(Model = 996/997 TT/C4 with PSS9 or 10 (Part #996TTFDLNK))
Longer bolts would make sense.
Can you post a pic of the spacer? That is if you happen to be underneath
I'll email Ira and see what can be done.

Edit;
You will notice I shaved off and rounded a small section of the area you were binding with even with the spacers.

I did go with curved ones 2nd time but they weren't quite long enough which resulted in stripping the thread so I went back to the straight ones with with better position/angle including minor grinding part of the front suspension uprights.

Spacers are in the wrong section of drop links !!!! They should be on the upper section, not lower. The installer got it wrong, big time!!!! I'd go back to them and with lots of questions why they did this.
