Need assistance identifying part

2002 996 tt
I lost all of my coolant over the weekend .
Looks like one of my hoses popped out in the front.
There may be multiple issues here but the hose is disconnected from the T connector as shown in the photos. I currently have assumed this is one of the coolant lines.
The T section is circled in red and just to the right of it you can barely see the edge of the hose that connected into this T.

I cannot identify the T connector part in the photo.
That is what I am trying to find.
The Porsche parts person also is having a hard time.

Has anyone heard of these popping off before?
Can anyone identify this T connection?
This definitely is not the same as the ones back at the engine that Shark Werks modifies.

Thanks in advance for any help.

the t connector isnt separete but part of the coolant hose assembly. you have to order the entire hose assembly

Thanks.
I see that now but it was very difficult to tell in some of the diagrams I was looking at.
I have now found this part 996-106-666-56-M100 and I believe it is the correct replacement assembly as you have stated.

Anyone know if these fail often?

I posted the wrong part number above ... for what its worth the correct part number is
996-106-72472 .... there always could be a newer #.
Here are a couple of photos of it out of the car.
