Best place to buy OEM plastic fender liners
I was running an aggressive suspension setup & there was tire wear on both of the rear fender liners (back ones) to the point that it rubbed a 3" spot though. Since I have the calipers/rotors off doing some maintenance, I thought I would replace both of them. Any thoughts on the best place to source these parts. In the second pic you can see where the tire rubbed on both sides.

suncoast porsche has the best pricing. i actually just shipped some turbo rear sections back as an incorrect order when i needed gt2 pieces so they have them on the shelf

The rear GT2 liner is the exact same part as the TT liner. If you look under the sticker with the GT2 part number you will see the TT part number molded into the liner. Porsche just drilled a 5mm hole in the side of it to accommodate the bolt for the GT2 bracket and charges more for the "GT2" liner. I actually recommend getting the TT part and drilling the hole yourself as you can push the liner further aft and then drill the hole for the GT2 bracket giving you even more clearance.

The front GT2 are not cheap, I just got a set ordered too and was a little surprised compared to the OE rears that are cheap for P parts.

Here you go. These are some old pics off my car. The GT2 front liner is made out of a thinner material and has a solid face instead of the louvers on the TT version. There is an opening in the liner on the inboard side where the radiator air is channeled out over the air guides (not present on TT cars) to cool the front brakes. With the air guides the GT2 liner is pointless. Combine that with the larger lower brake ducts makes a world of difference in brake cooling..

Those won't work on the TT as the coolant pipe architecture is different and they clip onto the pipes. Unless you are running the car on a road course, which you're not, I would not worry about the upper ducts. I was just pointing out the fact that the front GT2 liners are needed if using the upper ducts for extra cooling otherwise there is no need to spend the $$ on the upper ducts or the GT2 liners.
