A shot across the bow is usually a warning shot. I have been an admin on here for more years than I care to mention and other than an occasional warning or short ban I try to have as little effect on members and their activities as I can. The recent infantile activities that have taken place in this section have caused several short bans and one self induced permanent ban by a member who created another account to continue causing bad feeling after being banned for a week. I want to make it perfectly clear that we expect a free and helpful exchange of information that is always conducted in a respectful manner. Any deviation from that model will result in more permanent bans. My apologies to the great majority of members who frequent this site and section and comport themselves in a respectful way.
