I really like that fact that KPV used rthe STOCK bose enclosure with amps and upgraded woofers. Probably not the most powerful bass, but I'm a sure it's a marked improvement without taking up space and looking totally stock. Thumbs up to that.

I have a custon subwoofer box (need to post a pic someday, its amazing) w/ a giant silver plastic and carbon fiber gt2 logo on the front, replacing the old emblem where it used to be in the back. Actually, the box was placed just above where the old logo was located.

It is a brilliant design w/ two 7 inch MB quart sub woofers. I have top of the line MB quart speakers all around. I have the fantastic Audison LRX multichannel amp (w/ this amp you only need one) and a Pioneer 780 head unit. The Pioneer is good performance wise but absolutely horrible to work while driving a 600 hp GT2. It is the most complicated and user unfriendly head unit I have ever experienced. Stay away from it.

However the sound on my system is truly incredible (something audiophiles call SQ level). The cost was about 4.2 k for everything plus install.

Audiophiles laugh at Bose...its junk. Bose spends all there money on advertising and nothing on R and D. I highly recommend Audison and the higher end MB quart speakers.

Is there an aftermarket harness adaptor that I can buy for the car ? I was planning on putting an AVIC-Z1 but can't find any harness... I don't want to splice the wires so the harness adaptor will be my only choice... Any thoughts ?

Here is my setup 3 JL Audio Subs in custom enclosure and it has tons of bass. Rear seats are still functional. Alpine CVA head unit with XM and Navigation also plays DVD's. CD changer of course, MB Quart pro speakers and JL Audio Amps.
