To be honest, can't feel much difference on normal street driving. Haven't got the chance to try it out on highway/track yet ...

Just getting ready to do the same thing but I am afraid it will not change my lap times? Should at least improve handling characteristics

After more testing, I can say that the handling is definitely improved. Turns are more crisp and the car definitely feels a bit more nimble.

Well since I figured this is the best place to pose this quesiton. Has anyone pulled and weigh'd the factory door speakers and run the standard 996 lower door's with the storage pocket inplace of the speaker?

And are the CF hood weights including the struts for the hood being removed or are the factory hood struts still used?

Welcome, you'll find tons of info here, no matter what your driving style (drag race, road race etc) and plenty of get togethers to boot.

Welcome Gman,
Looks like you have started with a platform that is pretty far up the ladder in HP/TQ already. Enjoy your power and keep reading this forum. Soon you will be wanting more power like many others of us.

(pssst...a good suspension is worth atleast 150 hp on the TT around a roadcourse)

But for the street well...600hp never hurt anyone...much...
