Scaled my car at the track today. Was gonna take a picture of it, but it was too bright for the camera. 3145 empty and 3330 with me in it. I had about 5 gal in tank too...I estimated a 221lb savings, but in actuality, I was 250. Track scale could be off 10-20lbs, but close enough for me...

My car weight in at 3350lbs with 1/2 tank of gas. Since then i have removed
spare tire
lighter seats
no rear seats
wiper delete
rear support
i will weigh the car and report back.
next mods to save weight is getting a cf gt2 decklid along with gt2 front
and last but not least cf roof. after that, i really dont see any other way to shed weight and keep it looking stock, besides suspension components, and removing awd.

What have you done Mike besides removing front diff?
does a gt2 cf decklid and wing really save weight???? HMMM not sure about that? The wiper delete makes sense though.

Not much, maybe 15 lbs tops. Wiper delete is only 3.7 lbs.
F1 - You could also do a hood from getty that will save you 24-25 lbs in FRP and 28 lbs in CF. What is your plan for a headliner after the roof conversion? Don't forget wheels and tires. I'd get those before the GT2 wing. You're going to have to get a little aggressive to get to 3000 lbs. Carpet shaving, Radio removal etc.
Are you saying your car weighed 3350 stock? With a half tank?

i have an 01 so no glove box, and no it wasent stock when i weight it in. I had straight pipes and other light weight mods like battery and i cant recall what else at the moment.
I do want to do wheels, but that will be my last mod along with lighter roters. We will see. Like I said, i will report back my weight withmy current mods.
my goal is 3000 lbs with 550bhp in terms of weight and horse power.

I presume that the current weight is without you in the car?

Hey Mike, this is a list of what I've done and weights. Most are actual weights, some (like clutch and exhaust) are from the list on this thread. I estimated that I lost 220 or so lbs, but the scale says 250ish.
The first number is the weight, 2nd number is the new weight, 3rd number is the savings. Red is what I weighed at home on my digital scale, black is from the list. Misc is the delta I added after I actually weighed it. I was off 29lbs in my estimate...The battery mod is a great 37lb loss, but you gotta pay attention. The front seat I didn't do yet, but is on the list as I was gonna try it...I'm guessing 60lbs.
