IMHO aluminum insulated pipes would be the best. Mandrel bent, no kinks, no power-robbing expansion under boost. Hook it up with some silicone couplers and Turbonetics t-bolt clamps and it'd be indestructable. Any decent muffler shop (in the US) can weld it up for you given a template. I can't imagine it'd cost more than a hundred or two, everything included...
