It looks like you already have the clear sides...and possibly the short shifter. I would go with the exhaust next... nice sound. Alot cheaper than the suspension.
Good luck.

OP has PSE, the best he can get IMHO...
My vote is suspension, improves the handling 1000% plus you get the added bonus of amazing looks...

OP wanted a cheap mod. Unfortunately, there aren't too many cheap mods for the car. EVO CAI will cost around $500 new which will be the your cheapest existing mod.
You already have a nice car set up by someone else. Drive it for a few months first as is and learn more about your car.
A fellow Monster rider, sweet! And deck is right, you're probably not going to unleash a whole lot more power with bolt-ons, but for the same price as those mods you can really go around the track faster by upgrading the suspension. You really would be surprised how much different/better the car will be, and how much more fun it will be to drive!
Well, let me just say that the best upgrade to go around the track faster is YOU, THE DRIVER (assuming you're not an accomplished racing driver ).
SEAT TIME is king. Save your money for track days, gas, brake pads, tires...
Now if the goal is NOT to go around the track faster but rather have a different exhaust sound, have a different look (lower, bigger wheels, big wings, different bumpers,...) or just have plain bragging rights, it's a different story. And I understand it too... As long as you keep it tasteful...
Just looked at your cars.com post -- very nice spec: sport seats, CF shifter and assorted interior trim, alum pedals... very nice, and a really good price. I paid much more only 6 months ago...

I actually only paid about 37k because i got them to throw in a porsche warranty for 36mo. Not bad imo
If you're looking at a new shifter, another thing to keep in mind is the shifter from the new 987/997 models. They are crazy popular for the 996 crowd and many people have very good things to say about it (cheaper than any short shifter to boot!):
