I don't have Xenons on my 996, but on my wife's MB wagon with Xenons, I replaced the fog lights with Hoen Xenonmatch bulbs from http://www.hoen-usa.com/fog.htm which have a color temperature of 4100 Kelvin. They are a very close match to the Xenon lights. You could also try PIAA Xtreme White Plus bulbs from http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/piaa/xtremewhite.jsp, but I understand from others that the Hoen bulbs are a better color match than PIAA bulbs (and are half the price).
