For sure you need bumper and head light tray. The harness, you can get away with the cutting wire, but the lock(on the tray) won't hold headlight.

step1. Removing

- Rims
- Bumper
- Headlights
- Side Skirt(if you have)
- Fenders
- Impact bumper guard

step2. prep all the hardware

- shave the impact bumper guard 2 1/2" on each side
- wiring conversion

step3. Mounting

- install the madified impact bumper guard
- install the fenders(headlight tray and side bumper mount)
- install the sideskirt(if you have)
- install the bumper
- install the headlight
- install the rims

where did you get stuff this cheap?????? I spend about $2300 for just the front end. I got headlights for $1000, Fenders off ebay $600, MkII GT3 replica front bumper $700. And it seems like I still missing bunch of stuff... I already have a 04 GT3 in my garage i'm trying to made my 99 C2 looks the same.. both are black. I'll park the car side by side and take some pics when I'm done.

I got headlights from ebay. Whenever it pops out only one side they are around $200.
Other parts are from LA dismantler. They are expensive and hard to communicate on the phone, but if you show up there, they are pretty cool. You are in LA area, right? why don't you go check their stock? "Frank" is the guy to talk. He has great taste and he shows lots of good parts.
