Full-Face. If you end up pushing yourself, you'll end up buying one anyway; so why buy 2. Get the lightest one you can afford. That's what I did. No regrets.

A dude let me ride with him in his new lotus 2-11 race car at laguna seca the last session of a track day.. cudn't have done without my full face as there was no windshield and got nailed with rocks and debris!! Friggin awesome!!!
I have a full face but I really regret it, especially those hot summer days sitting in the pits for 10 mins waiting for a green flag, +1 for open face
Summer days in toronto! lol. Try 110+ on the grid, and 130+ on track here in Texas.
And even with those temps, I would still wear a full face and nomex suit. Safety first. Besides, you'll only get one chance to get it right beforehand.
