Valve stem extension on aftermarket wheels?

Any of you run wheels with hidden valve stems? What do you use for valve stem extensions when checking or adding air to the tires?

Sets of those wheels come with one adaptor (that you put on when checking/inflating)...then take off and capand move on to next wheel......maybe they can be sourced elsewhere, but HRE definately has them.

Personally......I secured extras so when I'm doing preasure I put them on all 4......when done, take all 4 off & cap.
Also made a little plastic tube tool to help w/quicker removal & replace of cap (tight quarters there).
