Pioneer Z120BT - about to install
just reviewing my notes and trying to find a couple more answers. I have just about all my equipment in and will be doing the install in the next few day's.
I went with the Avic-z120bt, JL Audio XD600/6, sirius connect, hd radio and the boyo wireless b/up camera.
I think I know how I'm doing everything but the speed signal input (the pink wire) and the reverse wire hookup.
where should those go?
also - i have the trim piece to move the A/C - but I want to keep my cubby -- is there a trim piece i need to move it up to the cd holder slot?
do i need to re-wire any of my stock speakers when using the JL amp?
thanks!

I installed the AVIC Z120BT also - I love it.
Are you replacing a system with Nav? If so, the speed wire is already present (Green and Pink) see diagram just above the "RADIO" label. If you don't have Nav, the wire may be there anyway - have a look for it. I actually found a few of them in my harness behind the radio.
I bypassed the amp and just wired the new head unit directly to the speakers. The sound is as good or better than with the original amp. If you are wiring to a new AMP you DO NOT use the speaker wires from the head unit. You just use the RCA connectors (extend as necessary to reach the amp). That should do it. I didn't hook up the reverse wire because I didn't add a backup camera - so I don't know where the reverse wire is. It is not listed in the radio/Nav wiring diagram.
The existing speaker wires are pretty robust - it should not be necessary to replace them. Here is my colour coding for the speakers.
