Is Cabrio Suspension the same as Coupe?

So, I'm wondering if suspension from a widebody coupe will fit in a widebody cabrio? Anyone know for sure?

I think the rear spring rates on the Cab are a little higher than the coupe due to the weight.

It will physically fit but several of the parts are different--as noted above--to accommodate differences in vehicle weight and body stiffness etc.
