I have this issue with one headlight ...it turns off and when i shut car off and on goes back on ..what could it be ?

 

Its been doin it recently could it be a balast or just loose connection ?

 

I have the opposite of your situation. Both xenon lights turn on at start up but driver side will flicker for couple times and then turn off. Asked the board and people seem to think the headlight switch is the curlpit. Have not taken it apart to test but will do so soon.

Headlight switch, bulb or ballast.

If you've never changed your bulbs, I'd start there. HID bulbs lose intensity over time, so they should be changed periodically. If that doesn't work, try the ballast and then the switch.
