new guy with a question????

hi, i have a 04 996...with a few mods added over the past few years (tubi, evo plenum and cold air kit) i have noticed a rather strong sulphur smell under hard acceleration and deceleration. i not sure what to think cause when i park it's gone. any ideas??

You shouldn't be smelling anything in the cabin while moving under any acceleration. Have your exhaust checked for a leak. Also, I've never smelled a "new cat" sulphur smell on a vehicle that was already broken in. Certainly not on an '04.
