It's a carbon fiber lip, I know Fabspeed has one as do many others like Maxspeed. run you about $600-700.

That's a copy of the aerokit spoiler for the 996 turbo and C4S. ROTtec sells them in carbon fiber. There are some other knock-off parts available in polyeurethane, but there have been reports of fitment issues compared to an OEM piece.

Mine is Orginal but you can get Replica ones off Ebay, but the Reps are are "Pointy" like the Orginal ones.
