I think the offsets may be off. Do you happen to know the offsets for the lobster claws?

As Dennis said, how do the offsets compare to your current wheels. Either stock or with spacers they should fit.

Yes, they fit. It's what I got. The offsets of the lobster claws are 51/58 I believe, while the stock 996 C4S wheels are 45/50. They will look very tucked in, but fixable with good spacers. I actually left the fronts tucked in as it keeps **** from getting kicked up into the bodywork. I got 15mm spacers for the rear, with studs.

I would guess that the lobsters claws come in different offsets - one for the NB 997 and one for the WB 997.

Yes, good point. The ones I got were from a C2S. The 997 C2S is actually wider than the 996 C2, so the 51/58 offset comes pretty close to the 996 wide body offset.

The rears also come in 65 offset. Make sure to look at stamping on the wheel first.

thanks for all the replies! the lobsters I have are off my 997 C2S, and the specs are actually 8 fronts 57 offset, 11 rears 67 offset. The 996 these may go on is not my car so I'll have to ask the owner what his current wheel specs are..
