BiteEmBBeatM, I'm curious, why are you selling your PSE's? It looks like you are doing some heavy mods. I have PSE and was curious.

Ask/search online to find exhaust shops that are known for doing custom fabrication work. I took my mufflers down to a local shop known for doing hot rod type work, $60 later my 996 sounds great. I took a few pictures printed out just to help them understand what I wanted. It's just a slightly bent piece of 2" stainless and a little welding, easy stuff for a good exhaust shop.

Shucks...for the price, just send your cans to FisterD and have them do the modification. They know from experience what diameter of bypass to use and they stand behind their work. Since FisterD is located in NorCal, shipping back and forth is going to be inexpensive and fast also.
My $0.02.

They add a curved section of 2" pipe between the inlet and outlet, essentially it is a partial bypass of the muffler.
