Impressive! I think "fail" is harsh when most of us have not attempted anywhere close to what you have done. He probably just wanted to see more close-ups of your ridiculous car. This conversation did remind me of a funny video if/when you do decide to go into video journalism: How to make "Top Gear" on a budget.

Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, the next time I make some videos I will include pan and zoom shots. I got so excited making that one I totally forgot to even get any of those shots, I just need to watch a few episodes of my favorite show Top Gear (British Version) of course! And recreate some of the shots using my car.

The M030 is good for street use but not good for track or aggressive driving. I would like some high end coil overs such as KV, Bilstein PS9 or Ohliens.

Great Vid, and an awesome sound! I have M030 suspension also and I have not complaints aside from the tires getting wear out in the inside because of the off camber settings, although I don't track my ride. Keep posting more videos :-)

Yeah same issue here, it KILLS rear tires, I think I have @10,000 miles on my tires and the insides are shot. Car is hardly driven, so I will wait until I do some deep dish 19" wheels on it, maybe HRE to do the camber kit.

Improper toe and running the rears at the full load pressures of 44psi will kill rear tires faster than improper camber. I would bet your rear toe settings are off and would recommend to have it checked at an alignment shop first.

I run F31/R33 air pressure and have had 2 different Porsche alignment shops take a look at them and they both said the alignment was fine and welcome to the joys of owning a Porsche, they said with most rear tires only expect 10,000-20,000 miles of life.

Oh for some reason when you said "killed" tires, I thought you meant a few thousand miles at best. 12-15k is normal for me and as you found out typical for a 996.

I hardly drive the car, the tires were put on 4 years and 10,000 miles ago, this is the first time since owning the car that the tire issue as come to light. All good though because when they are totally shot for real, she is getting 19" Deep Dish HRE's and sticky street/track tires.

At about 5k - 7k miles unmoving the rear tires and swap them. You will increase life. I get about 15k +/- mikes on my car with x74 suspension and Hankook v12's doing this on GT3 alignment and VERY spirited Dalit driving.

Thats a good idea. I will see about having it done soon, with the newer tread on the inside I could get another 10,000 miles out of them.
