Just set your budget and options and go from that. To bad you missed out, but sounded like it wasn't meant to be. Good luck in your search, keep the head up high, the right one will come along.

As I've said , dealers and low prices too good to be true usually don't mix.

If you give us a ball park range on your budget I'm sure all of us would be glad to help.

I know one of the members on Rennlist is selling his '99 c4 Aero black with newer engine.

Well, I guess my budget would be around 14k. I'm assuming that price range will get me a high mileage one, which isn't a problem for me as long as the car was well maintained. I really do appreciate your help though I am definitely going to go check rennlist now.

I think high mileage is okay...it takes maintenance to get there.
