If you were changing out your stock airbox which one listed above would you go with and why? Thanks.

Well, the dualintake looks really good, but if I have to choose ones again, I would still go for the Evoms, great sound, 100 % fitment, and I like the design better, I am imagining that there will be more Cold air with the EVOMS also.

+1 Just installed the evoms last week, fit was good and the sound is nice. Seems to pull better with a more responsive throttle. I have a 99 and it didn't need the air pump relocating bracket.

+2. I've had several intakes including 4 different set ups on the 996. The Evoms is engineered very well and they do pay attention to all the details.

However... To fully utilize the intake, you need to cut part of the underside deck lid right above it. This has been proven on the dyno to make more power in that configuration.

I installed an earlier version of the EVO about three or four years ago and I was very happy with the sound and performance; however, several months ago, I had an opportunity to get a new K&N CAI and decided to try it out. I was surprised that it performed just as good as the EVO and the sound is sweet. I sold the old EVO set up to a fellow RL'er who is very happy with it. I love the look of the Fabspeed, but it puts a little dent in the old pocket book. Good luck and no matter which you chose, I'm confident you will be happy

I may be a tad bit biased... but the FABSPEED intake makes power, provides great induction sound, and looks absolutely stunning!
