I think so, the nose and side skirts came with the car which is a Millennium Edition one of 911 built. The nose, side skirts and full leather are part of the millennium "kit".

Nice car, I'd ditch the front license plate. The LEDs look nice, where did you find those?

They are Phillips LED DRL's from Amazon.
