I have a vacuum leak I'm trying to vet, can anyone tell me what hose that is in the center with duck tape on it?

I believe that is a hose that supplies vacuum to the oil supply return.. If you were to trace it would eventually terminate on the left side of the head at the end closest to the bumper.

Looks like it is large enough to cause drive-ability issues.
