car getting some "cosmetic" surgery...
well some parts I ordered from Getty Design are finally starting to arrive.
my car suspension, brakes, tranny, and engine are were I want them so the final touch was some front and rear down force.
63 inch rear RSR CF wing and GT2 full front conversion with CF splitter going on.
also CF hood and Lexan rear window.
this should help with down force and also loose about 100 pounds (rear deck and aero wing weights a ton)
if interested, I will post pics as things happen.....
parts were all perfect on arrival and fit nicely with no modding.
thanks for looking
tom

You have to get a "got wing?" sticker now....red bull if you will.
Very cool wing. Wow!

I'll be interested in your experience of the wing. Let us know how the difference feels. Good job Tom.

That is a machine Tom! Just looking at that wing's camber I'd say it's going to produce a TON of downforce. How difficult was it mating the GT2 bumper to your car? Keep the pictures coming.

Looks great and I am sure it will perform even better.
I bet you, if you flip the wing upside down, it would fly.

thanks for the comments.
the wing is 63 inches (RSR) for wide bodies, not the RS which is 55 inches for the GT3 cars.
the front GT2 conversion was full out with radiators, ducting etc, it was a big deal.
took the stuff to the paint shop, so will post up when all back on the car.
also will post traqmate lap times for comparo. will need to calculate wing angle, downforce vs drag and straight away speed with the tire temps and the traqmate, then I will have more to share.
thought more guys on this forum may hate the wing? but it has more air ducts and downforce and was for a purpose not to be some poser Cup car deal. so I really didnt care how it looked (well actually I did) as long as it keeps the ass of this 600+hp RWD on the damn ground.
