Here is the car making its virgin run at the Texas Mile. No aerodynamic tricks used (tape, removal of wipers or mirrors), PSM left "ON" and into a headwind, and my "weak sauce" driving skillz (my 0-60 was 4.2 sec)
This was a strictly bolt-on kit with no special voodoo or antics required, and 100% or better than stock drivability and manners. No CEL lights on, no stumbling. By comparison, VRAlexander's CGT ran 177mph. Hats off to Mike and Todd for a great job on this!
You said 0-60 in 4.2, am I reading the graph wrong? I see 0-60 in 2.5-3sec.... 4.2 seems slow and 3 seems nuts fast. A stock turbo does 3.6
WOW amazing

For the time being no car meets guys. I will email when we start doing the get together again.
I cannot see what your top speed was at the Tx Mile this year? (I see it was 185 mph, very nice!)
Has the car been on any kind of dyno?
If so what kind and what were the results.
Thanks for sharing,
Marty K.

Reason: found the speed
Marty, I hit 185.8 with a weak launch (left PSM on). It was a great time, and unfortunately had to leave Sat afternoon. With some practice at Lonestar I hope to get some skills to start from a dig.

Tint on the car is really mild - 35-40% Huperoptik. The sky was very overcast which may be why it looked so dark. I dunno the boost figure - was watching the road and too scared to look down at the dash!

In my 190.734 mph run at TX Mile last year I had the following:
0-100 kph == 4.8 seconds (Granny Launch)
100-300 kph 22.2 seconds
(my 200-300 kph was 15.3 seconds which is very strong)
what was your 200-300 kph which is 124 mph to 186 ?
(even though it would have taken a couple of tenths more for you to hit 186 since
you went 185?)

Marty,
by my eyeball 200-300 looked to be 17.2-3 sec. My first run I kept on the throttle just past the mile marker to ensure the 300kph. Looking at the long G's the first 2/3 of 1st gear, 1/3 of 2nd gear, and 1/4 of 3rd gear the tires are slipping + PSM is cutting power/braking to get traction. I compared a run at the end of the day when my friend ran the car with PSM off and the long G's are stronger
