A few weeks ago i decided to sell my Ferrari F430 and try my hands at a Turbo once again, (had a 996TT previously)
The day i drove the car i decided that i hated it and that i wanted to get rid of it also, i consulted a few friends and read alot here online and everyone seems to think that the reason why i hated the car, mainly the awful suspension even with PASM on, is to go with the new Bilstein PSS10 + front & rear sway bars. Well i did.
I asked the shop to go for a GT2 Spec with the regards to hight, alignment etc. I was hoping that i would get that racy, tough, rigid, stiff feel like i had with my F430 or even my 996 TT w/ JIC Cross suspension.
The car feel awkwardly shaky, the front tired are almost "floaty", i really don't know what on earth i can do.
This is where i have come to as far as options go.
1. Install front & rear strut braces
2. Install stabalizer links, the Bilstein package includes two of those already but i was wondering if i needed anymore.
3. Torch the thing because Porsche just can't make a sports car with a suspension that DOESN'T feel like a Cadillac.
I seriously need some major advice, please help !

Your not going to get the turbo to feel like a 430, awd just numbs it up front. Do you have the exact alignment settings? Maybe share those so the pros can chime in.
I bet the alignment is screwy, those mods have received nothing but praise from others.
I guess I'm confused. You say on the first day you drove it, you hated it, but you bought it anyways? But what's done is done.
Was selling the 430 and buying the tt a rash decision? If so, and if you have the means, why not make another rash decision and buy a GT3 instead? Sound as if that car will suit you better.
There's nothing like driving the wrong car. I think, however, your problem can be salvaged, but it will likely require a bit more $. Just eat the sunk costs and move forward
Does your C63 have the performance package? If so, maybe just enjoy that ride as your "stiff-track-car-like-feel", enjoy the power of your tt, and save some $?

Alex is right on, also from previous experience the car can ride a little bouncy if the car is lowered too low passed bilstein's specifications... Unfortunately they are the only coilover system on the market that I know of that works with your PASM system.
did you let the springs settle first before getting the alignment? Also, you cannot go too low on this set up. Since the BSteins are adjustable, try to lower by 20mm all the way around. Mine took almost 2 wks to settle and the ride is great. At first, I went a tad too low and the ride was somewhat bouncy. Check your computer settings as well and make sure you're not over inflated. Set it on 'partial load'.
As for your sway bar settings, go medium in the front and stiff in the rear.
An AWD will never ride the same as a RWD. However, after installing the Bsteins and sway bars, let the springs settle, then went back 2 wks later for a GT2 spec alignment, the car is now transformed completely IMO. PASM is now usable. I really like it now.
Just for clarification, suspension settings for the 997 GT2 and GT3/RS are very similar. The camber and toe are identical, but the ride height is slightly lower for the GT3/RS.

If its really as bad as you describe sounds like a poor alignment, I would get a recommendation of a shop that specializes in porsches, specifically preparing them for the track and they should be able to sort that out for you.

Probably the toe settings yes but bear in mind that I thought I had totally wasted my money on suspension upgrades until I moved from -20mm to -15mm ride height on the Bilsteins. Then it became a completely different car!
