What's the difference b/w satin and flat? Know of any pics of Guards Red on black?

We try not to do flat, as it's chalky and tends to wear down.

Satin has a slightly better protection, with a different clearcoat on it.

Full Gloss is standard finish on any painted exterior Porsche part. Consider the Satin halfway to flat....and a real stunning, nice and tasteful option.

Impossible to capture this with pictures.

Will do, T. I thought briefly about going badgeless. Very clean look, but I like the 'turbo' script, just not in flashy chrome.

I thought of G-red on my slate car.. I have black wheels with a red stripe and red belts so I thought it would work..

Anyone has tips on where to buy a red Turbo badge? 997 style? I checked ebay but not finding anything. Just picked up a white 997TT.
