I don't know what/who (person, group, company) owns this brand. What I can say is that Jordan designed the wheels for this company just like 360 Forged and System Forged wheels. Hey Guys, Check out the CLS photo shoot in the MB section. I know it's not a 997 but it will give you an idea by comparison of the front and rear profiles as yours will look similar. Soon as I have PCar photos, I will post them up right away.

That's a great looking wheel. Would love to see it on a F430 as well. I love clean and simple wheels.
