The heads are being machined as we speak and we are waiting for the larger titanium intake and exhaust valves to arrive. We have some new valve springs going into the heads and we are almost finished with our solid lifter conversion which will be utilized as well.

We hope to have everything ready to assemble in the next few weeks. Once we get all of the misc loose ends sorted, we will officially begin building the engine and I will go into details about each step. Thanks for your enthusiasm
Is the 1100 hp and 9000 RPM just an educated guess? If the parts are still being put together is this just the area you are shooting for?

Not saying you are not going to do it, just wondering what you are basing these numbers on.

It is a conservative estimate. The last 3.8L we built made 1037 AWHP on our Mustang Dyno at 8000 RPMS. I think we will tune this one to make about the same power as the 3.8L but achieve it with 25 PSI of boost at a higher RPM.

That is just isnane you guys! 9krpm redline? You guys never cease to amaze me with the quality of work you do. Sometimes I wonder if auto manufacters' should take lessons from aftermarket parts companies. They might learn a thing or 2.

Once we have this engine built, tested and are satisfied with integrity, we will be offering the 4.0L conversion as a complete engine with power options from 900 - 1100 HP. We currently offer our 3.8L conversions with power options from 900 - 1100 HP. I will to get the pricing details ready after we finish the testing. If anyone is interested in pricing for our current 3.8L conversions, please PM me.
