Come on fellas.. Let's not get to crazy about it...

It's 30 HP..

Of course when you look at the Dyno that EVO did on the standard car they were getting 490 to the wheels!

So this should be into the 500's

At the current exchange rate (~$1.37/€1) the price will come in ~$199,200. At that price point I would rather have a GT2.

This is basically the same hp as a GT2 with a little more weight so even with PDK it's not going to be much faster than the GT2, if at all.

Porsche internal website has coupe at $159k, cab at $170k base. These are general numbers and not exact.

Let me be the first to yawn here. Not yawning at the car, rather at what makes it an "S".
Their marketing people had nothing to do apparently, so they created a TTS.

Exactly! I estimated $159k several months ago.

The 991 turbo due in 2012 as a MY2013 will likely be 560-570 hp.

I'm not convinced this power war can go on much longer what with CO2 restrictions. I think the 991 will be just as powerful but has to get a lot lighter. Or it will have to become a hybrid.

Interesting interior leather combos. The black/cream isn't too bad, but the black/blue is awfully garrish.

Very good point.

Somehow a hybrid turbo doesn't do it for me. You car is looking pretty wicked!

Thank goodness Porsche (or Volkswagen) have decided there will be no hybrid Porsche sports cars.
