A window AC unit sounds 10x better than what I have...remember I'm getting a max of 20 degrees cooler and it seems like the thing needs to be pointed right at me to cool me down.

I have 22PLE on all the plastic parts already and 22PLE for the paint, but I have not applied it to the paint as I have not achieved the level of corrected I want. I bought Todd Cooperider's wax which is made to top the 22PLE. I feel I need to move from a PC to a Rupes polisher to get the car where I want it to be. I also apply Migliore wheel wax 4 times a year after polishing them and will, on occasion, use Chemical Guys Lava wax (on the paint and calipers) which can withstand 300 degree F before breaking down. I've invested $3k in products and tools and really feel I could use a course in detailing. Trial and error is a PITA!

Looks beautiful! I see you driving north on Scottsdale Rd. some mornings, at least it looks like your car. Yes working in the hot Phoenix summer is not fun at all, I bought the same cooler for my garage as well.

My office is at Scottsdale Rd. and Greenway but I live in Carefree so I drive south on Scottsdale Rd. I drive a 2007 Meteor Gray 997tt. Maybe I see you going North on Scottsdale Rd. heading to the Porsche dealer.

I've had great performance from the Gtechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer sealant. Had it applied 6 weeks ago, so its longevity is still to be determined. My detailer said to expect at least 9 months. So far, it's the best thing I've done for my vehicle's exterior. Here are some pics of it being applied to my car on the detailer's website. The silver TTS is mine.

I've used these in the past (sorry the list is long):

The two I like the most are the Leatherique and Connolly. For every day wipe down protection & clean up I prefer the Leatherique Pristine Clean because it is fast and easy to use and leaves a nice matt finish. The Connolly, as far as a 24 hour 2-step process is easier to use thus I reach for it when I am doing periodic feeding.

Thanks. You hit on the head the unusual high gloss this silver paint is giving off after the sealant and wax. Silver is my favorite car color (an undeniable fact for me after owning 6 silver cars), but silver cars never had to my eye the sheen and high gloss of other colors. At least until now. The gloss now after the seal/wax is different from what I've ever experienced. Depending on how often I drive it, a one or two time a week quick wipe down with detailing spray (Adams) keeps it at a really high level.

Take a look at these two quick detailer sprays. The Migliore is a high quality sealant - can read about on their site.

And Todd Cooperider developed, with the help of http://www.polishangel.net his own signature wax made to top coatings like the one you have: http://esotericcarcare.com/Wax/esote...ure-series-wax

Saw your car there today when I picked up my Turbo from service. Love how the Speed Yellow stands out.
