I think cars intimidate people and they get taken. Then you read here you NEED a PPI. you dont. They hook it up to a PIWIS, if they even have that and I doubt that. Heck a duramtric can clear codes... The things they dont or cant check are the $$ things.

Inspections on a boat are different. A car isnt gonna sink into the ground.
