1. Have the Softronic tune with EP Exhaust and IPD plenum, Any changes need to be made?
2. Does the kit bring everything needed for the install?

Thanks
Jay
I recently installed the AMS kit on my car and it was a complete kit that included all the hoses and clamps. I also have an IPD plenum and TB, everything mated fine and did not need an updated tune. These coolers are top notch. Hope this helps.

We've got the AMS intercooler kit being installed on our shop's 997.1 car as well. Quality is certainly top notch.

Bump, any pics of the engine bay with these intercoolers. I really cant picture where that little hose goes to the DVs on a .2
Any .2s have these installed (not a vendor)

Those hoses come off the intercoolers towards the Y-pipe and each has the provision for a DV going towards the inside of the engine bay. You'd install the DVs on the top of each one of those and plumb each back to the intake pipe stock location.

When we installed Alpha 3076s on our 997.1 we went with these hoses instead of the ones intended for a 997.1 as we preferred DVs over BOVs. Its a bit of a tight fit putting this on the 997.1 as its designed with the 997.2 in mind but it works well.

Thanks, I just looked at your Alpha 3076 again and didn't see any engine bar pics. Any chance you would mind sharing? I'm trying to visualize how these look

Thanks Dzenno
Hahaha I hear ya, I have to go out in the garage before bed every night to remind myself I have my car and see if the garage heater is doing it's job. March can't come fast enough.

I do have a feeling this winter isn't over in March though. The only problem really is not having a good enough tire to hook or you bet we'd be out there in dry weather!

The 997tt is a great winter car, get proper Nokian tires, drive all year!

I do, in Sweden, similar to north Canada, stop babying those sweet rides!
