If Joe at Fabspeed is trying to do a viable "experiment" comparing exhausts, this is a pretty biased attempt.... frankly it's an apples to oranges comparison and IMO, is somewhat classless as a business practice to slander your competitors. What he's doing in these series of videos is comparing USED europipe, cargraphic, and tubi exhausts and describing their downsides. He does discuss the architecture and build of the exhausts which is noteworthy, but he also touches on the quality and condition of the cats and mufflers..... you cannot compare 3 well-used exhaust systems to a brand new system (your fabspeed system). He showed 3 sets of cats that were falling apart but failed to show his own exhaust systems with the same amount of mileage or that have gone through the same abuse; there's no ensuring that his own cats won't separate from their cores as well after the same abuse. Additionally, what he didn't further describe were the other conditions of how the owner's cars of those exhaust systems were running.... if their cars were running too rich, running upgraded turbos, how much mileage was on those cats, etc... all of which lend to more heat and more likely eventual failure of the cat. Failure to account for these differences makes his argument about the inferiority of all the catalytic converters of these systems fall apart. Otherwise, he make's good looking systems, made in the USA or not, albeit if he wants to compare his system to others... either compare them all brand new, or compare them with the same mileage, and under the same driving loads, including his own systems. I still like Fabspeed's systems, although if they truly are made in china, I'd hope their prices would be more reasonable. As for the build quality, being made in china doesn't preclude being low quality. I'd still buy a fabspeed system if the price is right.

 

That is all the name calling I need to see to close this thread...and Leo, you started it....have to wonder about your motives for posting this thread in the first place...if you don't like their products you are entitled to your opinion and don't give them your business....fab speed was acting deceptively when they posted that video and they agreed to take it down.....it didn't help to have it reposted here
