Has anyone ever removed number 6 from the following exploded view?

My center back rest keeps sliding down, I think a bracket is missing to keep it in place and was wondering without taking my other seat apart to look if anyone has decent pictures of the back of that part and how it stays in place. Or how to take it off without breaking something?
